There is only one of your asterisked movies that I’ve seen, and that’s ‘Awakenings’, which I really liked. So, I’ll make it simple: that’s my recommendation!

I have tried to watch this movie 3 times, but can’t get past the 20-minute mark. My main problem is that I am not a Kim Novak fan. However, I did like her in “Vertigo”.
