It’s Tuesday, which on TMP means it’s time for me to share my TCM picks for the coming week!

All times are listed in EST and subject to change — check TCM’s website for updates. New-to-me selections are marked with asterisks.

A little note on the future of the What to Watch series:

For the time being, I’ve decided not to include any streaming recommendations due to the heavy workloads of my courses this semester. I feel bad about it, because I like to include something for those of you who don’t have access to TCM, but I did not give myself a slacker semester to end out my undergrad career. Just the opposite, actually — this is one of the heaviest courseloads I’ve ever taken.

These posts take a lot more time to put together when I include streaming links for TCM’s films or separate streaming recommendations. Most weeks I probably won’t have the time to add links to previous reviews on recommended films, either (as is the case today). I will hopefully be starting graduate school in January, so depending on how those classes go, it may be a little while before you see streaming recs in these posts. Again, I’m very sorry to those of you who have no use for TCM-only recommendations!

And one more little thing…

I’ve finally re-joined the 21st century by re-activating my Facebook account (for grad school networking purposes). If I have to use the site, I might as well use it to connect with fellow film fanatics, eh? TMP now has its very own “like” page. There’s not much on it yet, because I was without FB for about a year and have no clue how anything works anymore, but in addition to using it as another place to share links to TMP’s daily updates, I’ll also be using it for little “name the film” guessing games and such… so you will be getting more for your money than just the same stuff you get through following the blog on twitter or via email. Like it if you’d like to, don’t if you wouldn’t!
