Today is the final day of the William Castle Blogathon! Originally I had planned to contribute a review of Strait-Jacket to round out my contributions to the celebration, but I wasn’t able to get a hold of the film as planned, so instead I’m going to share with you 10 of my favorites of the many great posts contributed by others to the blogathon!

Silver Screenings reviews The Old Dark House, urging readers to ignore the movie’s bad rep and settle in for “a rather dark and twisted comedy.”

The Last Drive In shares images of all of “Castle’s Villains & Victims!”

Do not panic, but scream, scream for your lives as Lasso the Movies reviews The Tingler!

The blogathon co-hostess of Goregirl’s Dungeon shares her top five Castle films for her blog’s “Favorite Five” series.

Wide Screen World was lucky enough to see one of Castle’s films on-screen WITH the recreated gimmicks, and shares that experience as well as more info about Castle’s publicity ploys!

One of my personal favorite blogs, Forgotten Films, offers up a great review of Macabre.

The blogathon co-hostess of The Last Drive In talks House on Haunted Hill, with plenty of awesome pictures and gifs!

Silver Scenes talks gimmicks and shares some very cool “Behind the Screams” images!

The blogathon co-hostess of Goregirl’s Dungeon shares more fun gifs from Castle’s films, including one of the Tingler’s attack on a sleeping Vincent Price!

And finally, Films from Beyond the Time Barrier does what I was unable to do and reviews Strait-Jacket!

There are even more wonderful posts coming up today, so put on your Illusion-O glasses and head over to The Last Drive In or Goregirl’s Dungeon to check out the full lists of contributors!
