Midnight (1939)

  • Why? Claudette Colbert is a seriously wonderful actress, and this film proves it. Even if the rest of the cast had been terrible, she could have easily carried the film on her own. Luckily, she didn’t have to; the entire cast shines, and the film is just a complete riot. (Read my full review here)
